Can you make a part if I do not have a drawing?
Often a photo and measurements are enough to start. Email what you have and we will tell you whether we need more information.
Which machine will make my part?
We choose between the CNC lathe and the manual mill based on the part. You do not need to decide this when you email us.
How long will a replacement part take?
Timing depends on the part and our current work. Tell us when you need it and we will confirm what is possible before work begins. We do not guarantee turnaround times.
Can you rush a replacement part?
Call during business hours, tell us your deadline and we will let you know what we can do.
